Hi! We’re Anna-Maija and Jenna, the founders of MustFIN Education.We are two experienced early childhood education professionals from Finland, with backgrounds as teachers, school leaders, and pedagogical experts. With Master’s degrees in Education from the University of Helsinki, we bring both academic and practical expertise to our work.After collaborating for years in international education export, the idea of starting something of our own became clear. Through our experience, we’ve developed a deep understanding of what teachers and schools worldwide truly need. That’s how MustFIN was born — to offer training that addresses these needs, with practical tools and ideas that can be applied immediately.Our mission at MustFIN is to help teachers, schools, parents, and children thrive by implementing the best practices of Finnish education.

customer cases

At MustFIN, we’ve supported schools, teachers, and operators in various impactful ways. Here are a few examples of the customer cases.We've supported the development of an early childhood education curriculum with ten monthly themes and clear learning objectives across four developmental areas. We have delivered an eight-module online training for school managers, focusing on leadership, pedagogy, and practical tools. We have also led a school-wide observation based on Finnish practices, followed by targeted teacher training and a full-day workshop for 120+ teachers. Also facilitated a parent workshop to enhance home-school collaboration.
