Our trainers at MustFIN collectively have decades of experience in the Finnish early childhood education field as teachers and education experts. They have also worked as principals, mentors, and teacher trainers around the globe, including in China, Vietnam, Australia, and Thailand, bringing Finnish education to the world. Meet our trainers
Anna-Maija Kuokkanen
Our co-founder, Anna-Maija, is a passionate education expert and trainer, who gets the biggest motivation from the success of her trainees. She believes that teachers can make the change, and feels privileged to have been able to train several wonderful teachers around the world. She has worked as the pedagogical director of an international kindergarten implementing Finnish pedagogy in China and Thailand. She has a Master’s degree in Early Childhood education from the University of Helsinki.

Meet our trainers
Jenna Venäläinen
Our other co-founder, Jenna, is a learner-centered education expert who is passionate about lifelong learning. She has deep knowledge in educational sciences and pedagogy and is at her best when tailoring training based on the customer’s needs. Jenna is an experienced teacher trainer who has been training teachers to implement Finnish education in countries such as Australia and Thailand. She holds a Master’s degree in General and Adult Education and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Helsinki.
